Important Return Rule
Return requests must be made within 1 day of receiving your order. Customers must contact TrendyMarkaz within 1 day if they want to request a return.
Product Condition
Eligible returns generally require the product to be:
- Unused
- Unopened
- In original packaging
- Complete with all accessories
- In the same condition in which it was received
Non-Eligible Conditions
Returns may not be accepted when the product has been:
- Opened or used
- Damaged after delivery
- Missing original packaging
- Missing accessories or components
Damaged / Wrong / Defective Item
If you receive the wrong product, a damaged product, or a defective item, please contact support promptly. We may request:
- Photos of the product
- Video evidence (if applicable)
- Order number
Return Process

- Inspection — Product will be inspected upon receipt
